Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days across the continental United States. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Yes! All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $15.
Currently we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are working on expanding to Canada and other international markets.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in original packaging. Chainsaws that have been fueled or used cannot be returned for safety reasons, but are fully covered under our 2-year warranty for any defects.
Our 2-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects in the engine, frame, and major components. It includes free repair or replacement at our discretion. Normal wear items (chains, bars, spark plugs, filters) are not covered. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

All ALANCUTTER chainsaws use a 50:1 gas-to-oil mixture. Use 89+ octane unleaded gasoline with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil. We recommend our ALANCUTTER 2T Semi-Synthetic Oil for best performance and engine longevity.
ALANCUTTER parts are designed specifically for our chainsaw models. Some parts like chains, bars, and spark plugs may fit other brands with similar specifications, but we recommend using ALANCUTTER parts for optimal performance and warranty compliance.
For professional daily use, service every 50 hours of operation. For occasional home use, service at the beginning of each season. Regular maintenance includes cleaning the air filter, checking the chain tension, sharpening the chain, and inspecting the spark plug.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our website. We use SSL encryption on every page to protect your data.
