We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unused products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Due to safety and fuel regulations, chainsaws that have been fueled, started, or used in any way cannot be returned. If your chainsaw has a manufacturing defect, it is covered under our 2-year warranty and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Parts that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless defective.
Email us at info@alancutter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
