All orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. We partner with UPS and FedEx to deliver your chainsaw or parts quickly and safely.

Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes for chainsaw orders due to size restrictions. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost. For lost shipments, we will investigate and reship if the package is not located within 10 business days.
