• Electrical and ignition system failures
• Oil or fuel leaks not caused by misuse
• Starter system malfunctions
• Carburetor issues under normal operating conditions

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear of chains, bars, and cutting components
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage from failure to follow maintenance schedules
• Use of non-ALANCUTTER parts that cause damage
• Commercial rental use

How to File a Claim

1. Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
2. Email info@alancutter.com with your order number
3. Describe the issue and include photos or video if applicable
4. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
5. Repair or replacement shipped within 7-10 business days
